Vermont Law School hosted five judges from the the Environmental Commission of Trinidad and Tobago in August for a three-day training on Dispute Resolution followed by a week of meetings at the Vermont Environmental Court. Led by Professor Sean Nolon, director of the Dispute Resolution Program at Vermont Law School, the group learned about the steps involved in a mediation, as well as participated in a simulation of an environmental dispute and a problem-solving clinic.
