Anne Linehan

Biography

Anne Linehan is the Director of Graduate Academic Programs at Maverick Lloyd School for the Environment and Staff Director of the Environmental Law Center (ELC). She is an academic advisor to students in our environmental degree programs and manages the day-to-day operations of the ELC. She helps cultivate a campus environment that is responsive to graduate student needs. She has worked at the ELC since 1997. At VLGS, she has served as staff representative to the board of trustees, and as a member of the Dean’s Staff Advisory Committee, the Environmental Curriculum Working Group, and the Committee on Standards. She is a producer of the Hothouse Earth podcast.

She and her husband run a small brewery. She is a reading mentor at Tunbridge Central School, past treasurer of the board of the Vermont Brewers Association, and past chair of the Tunbridge Public Library board of trustees. She runs the annual Vermont Nanobrewery Festival.

Ms. Linehan holds a BA degree, cum laude, from Middlebury College.
