Network Access

Accessing VLS Shared Drives

Use your VLS username with the VLS prefix (vls\vlsusername) and your password.

While On-Campus

Windows 7
Shared Folders (“K Drive”)
Click and hold: Windows key + R then type: \\files1\Shared

Personal Folders (“New J Drives”)
Click and hold: Windows key + R then type: \\files1\Personal

Mac OS X
Shared Folders (“K Drive”)
Click: Go > Connect to Server and enter: smb://files1/Shared

Personal Folders (“New J Drives”)
Click: Go > Connect to Server and enter: smb://files1/Personal

While Off-Campus

Login to the Web interface at: https://outbound.vermontlaw.edu:10443/remote/login
