Biography

Heather Scheiwe Kulp is an attorney, educator, and Circuit Court Administrator for the New Hampshire Judicial Branch, where she manages courts, access to justice projects, and alternative dispute resolution programs throughout the state. Before joining the Judicial Branch, Kulp was a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School (Negotiation Workshop, Dispute Systems Design Clinic, Lawyer as Facilitator) and Clinical Instructor at the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program. She began her legal career as a Skadden Fellow at Resolution Systems Institute in Chicago, where she designed court-connected dispute resolution programs for self-represented parties. She earned her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law and her bachelor of arts from Saint Olaf College.
