Raíces Verdes: Latinos Shaping Vermont

In recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month, this event will provide the opportunity to celebrate the significant contributions, experiences, and perspectives of Vermont’s Latinx community. At just 2.4% of the state’s population, the Latinx community has helped to shape the cultural, economic, and social landscape of Vermont. Panelists will discuss their journeys to the Green Mountain State and the challenges and triumphs in navigating imposter syndrome.
This event is presented by Vermont Law and Graduate School’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Office of Career Services, Student Bar Association, and the Latinx American and Caribbean Law Students Association. Light refreshments will be provided for in-person attendees. The event will also be livestreamed on Teams for current students, faculty, and staff.
