Biography

Phoebe Cykosky is a 2L from Greentown, Pennsylvania. Prior to attending Vermont Law and Graduate School, Phoebe attended Penn State University as a Schreyer Honors Scholar and Paterno Fellow where she earned bachelor’s degrees in Criminology and English with a minor in World Literature in May 2023.

Along with serving the Board of Trustees, Phoebe co-chairs VLGS’s Justice Advocacy Initiative. After graduation, Phoebe aspires to work as a public defender. Phoebe hopes to build a career advocating for sexual assault survivors and criminal justice reform. Outside of coursework, Phoebe can be found playing tennis or pickleball or fly fishing.
