Through partnerships with like-minded institutions, Vermont Law and Graduate School students enhance the impact of their Vermont Law and Graduate School Master's​ or Juris Doctor degree with an advanced degree in business, environmental law and policy, energy regulation, environmental management, or global business management from another leading institution.​

JD/LLM IN FRENCH AND EUROPEAN UNION LAW

University of Cergy-Pontoise - France
Through a special exchange agreement between Vermont Law and Graduate School and the University of Cergy-Pontoise, students earn both a JD and an LLM by spending two years of study at Vermont Law and Graduate School and one year at Cergy-Pontoise.

​In partnership with the University of Cambridge's Department of Land Economy, VLGS combines its Juris Doctor program with Cambridge's Master's of Philosophy programs in Real Estate Finance, Environment Policy, and Planning, Growth and Regeneration. The three and one-half year program moves students from VLGS, to Cambridge, and then back to VLGS.

JD/MASTERS OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT (MEM)

Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies - New Haven, CT
The JD/MEM degree with the Yale University School of Forestry and Environmental Studies enables students to earn both degrees in four years. JD/MEM degree candidates may "share" the equivalent of twelve credits between the two programs. Applicants to this program must apply separately to, and be accepted by, both Vermont Law and Graduate School and the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
