Mental Health Committee: Let’s Taco ‘Bout It

Is something troubling you? Are you overwhelmed for any reason? Stressed? Depressed? Good grade obsessed? Or maybe just homesick because there is nowhere to get an authentic taco in Vermont? Come to Hoff Lounge this Friday at 2:30 p.m. and let’s taco ‘bout it.

In an effort to break through the stigma of mental health issues, the Mental Health Committee will host weekly meetings to discuss a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. We encourage anyone who is struggling, or providing support for someone who is, to join us. There is no issue too big or too small and there is no requirement to participate in the discussion or to share your personal story if you are uncomfortable doing so.

Coffee and light refreshments will be served (sorry, no tacos…).
