Speaker Event: Jeffry Fowley, Former EPA Attorney

Mr. Fowley will be speaking to VLS about his perspectives on the current challenges facing the EPA, and his experiences as an attorney in EPA’s Region One Office.

A little about Mr. Fowley:

“Jeffry Fowley served in the Office of Regional Counsel to EPA’s Region One (New England Region) from 1980 through 2016. His areas of specialization include air pollution, water pollution, and hazardous waste. Mr. Fowley has also worked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and Polaroid Corporation on detail from EPA. Before joining EPA, Mr. Fowley worked as an associate attorney for the firms of Orrick, Herrington, Rowley and Sutcliffe, and Debevoise and Plimpton. He clerked for Justice Robert Braucher of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court after graduating with a joint degree in law from Columbia Law School and masters of public administration from Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. Mr. Fowley received his B.A. from Columbia College with a major in government.”
