Biography
Dani serves as General Counsel for Ranger Solar LLC, a utility-scale solar development company developing projects throughout New England. Prior to joining Ranger Solar, Dani was an associate at a prominent Vermont law firm, where she focused her practice on helping renewable energy clients navigate through Vermont’s regulatory landscape to site, permit, and develop clean energy projects. Dani also represented clients on issues related to transmission siting and infrastructure, environmental and natural resource concerns, energy transactional issues, and legislative and policy developments.
Vermont Law’s IEE and energy curriculum, along with the energy faculty, not only fueled her passion to practice law at the nexus of energy and the environment, but provided her with the education, skills, and understanding to delve into the complex and challenging issues associated with energy law. IEE and VLS’s energy curriculum undoubtedly served as the catalysts of her career—one which she finds both personally and professionally rewarding.
