Autumn Proudlove, is a Senior Manager of Policy Research at the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center (http://nccleantech.ncsu.edu/), working on two U.S. Department of Energy projects- the Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) and the SunShot Solar Outreach Partnership. Autumn's work includes tracking energy policy developments in several New England states, writing original research reports, providing technical assistance to local governments nationwide with implementing policies and programs to reduce solar soft costs, and speaking about solar policy at educational workshops in cities around the country.
