Bridget works at the New York State Department of Public Service, representing New York ratepayer interests and advancing Governor Cuomo’s renewable energy goals.  At the Department, Bridget advises the Public Service Commission on a range of issues including rate cases, siting and transmission cases, policy and jurisdictional matters, and developing markets.  Before joining the Department, Bridget was a regulatory consultant at Consolidated Edison of New York, and an intern at the Environmental Protection Agency Region 2 Office.  Bridget’s work at the Institute and energy curriculum at Vermont Law School prepared her with the knowledge base, vocabulary, and skills to be an effective advocate in a challenging and highly technical area of the law.
