The Vermont Law Review at VLGS Presents its 21st Annual Symposium: Crossing State Lines: Interstate Gambling and the Interplay Between Federal and State Laws

Event description: 

This symposium showcased the interstate and multi-jurisdictional legal issues arising in various practices of law, including but not limited to:

  • the enforcement of and relationship between intrastate gambling and gaming across state lines and/or Tribal Lands;
  • the effects of widespread, legalized sports-betting on current gambling schemes;
  • the impacts of and procedures for multi-jurisdictional litigation across a variety of legal fields.
